you sent wrong size of hijab, we informed you @7th day about it & asked for exchange the actual size. then you send the correct size for exchange but we have to pay the shipping charge for it. You told that "we have to check the size during receiving the packet from currier" its absurd to check all that during receiving any package!! Please try to make easy / convenient service for customer that will be really appreciated ...

We never sent you the wrong size. If we did, we'd never charge u the exchange charge. The fact is, u ordered 7/8yrs size tunic which had small size hijab, just to satisfy your needs we only charged the exchange charge, we didn't take that extra amount (the large hijab is not the same price as small hijab) and what did we get in return? one star! The hijab size is nowhere mentioned and it's a tunic, not an Abaya and a baby is not bound to wear hijab. But nevertheless you demanded a larger size and blamed it on us.
