Unhappy with hoodie niqab

I decided to order the Hoodie Niqab based on my previous positive experience with their products. However, I was deeply disappointed with the quality this time. The fabric used for the Hoodie Niqab felt cheap and lacked durability it did not meet the high standards in terms of texture and overall feel. I believe that improving the quality of the materials used would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Hello, we are sorry that you feel this way, but this is the best quality Arab chiffon and the exact fabric we are using to make this hoody niqab. If you purchased hoody or 4 layer niqab then you should know. About the fabric, you can compare it with the Egyptian and KSA Brands, they use the same material and we don't get this fabric always. The material is breathable and so good to skin. However you can exchange the product within 7days, no worries. Have a good day!
